Oscar M. Price, IV
Overview
Oscar has represented individuals and small businesses in all types of complex litigation including class actions, mass torts, qui tam actions, and securities fraud cases. Oscar is a member of the state bar of Alabama and has been admitted to multiple federal courts. Prior to starting Price Armstrong, Oscar was a partner in a regional defense firm where he specialized in commercial disputes and regularly litigated cases through trial.
Oscar has served on the board of numerous community organizations including Kings Home, Cornerstone Schools of Alabama and Partners in Neighborhood Growth, and is a member of the University of Alabama Student Affairs Leadership Council.
Education
Oscar attended Indian Springs School in Birmingham and continued his education at the University of Alabama where he was member of Omicron Delta Kappa and JASONS Honor Society. After graduation, Oscar received a J.D. from the Alabama School of Law where he served as a Senior Editor for the Alabama Law Review.
