Amy Rixey
Overview
Amy has over a decade of experience across a broad spectrum of litigation, assisting attorneys in high-stakes class action, mass tort, product liability, toxic tort, automotive and NCAA litigation.
Amy has been active in a number of charitable organizations; she served with the RISE Center in Tuscaloosa, and held a seat on the Junior Board for Magic Moments, helping to raise money and grant wishes to children all over the state of Alabama.
Education
After growing up in Greenville, MS, Amy attended the University of Alabama and graduated from the University Honors college with a B.A. in History and Anthropology. She was a member of the National Society of Collegiate Scholars, Phi Eta Sigma, and Phi Theta Kappa. Amy also has a post-baccalaureate certificate in Nuclear Medicine. Amy’s medical education combines with her deep litigation experience to give her unique insight into cases presenting complex injury issues.
